The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Adopted the recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the City Manager, City of Toronto.
2. Directed that the information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the City Manager, City of Toronto remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 17, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in their entirety because they contain personal matters about identifiable individuals.
