1. Approved the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with IATSE B-173, as outlined in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (August 20, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (August 20, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in their entirety, as they are about labour relations and employee negotiations.
