Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approved TO Live's Vaccination Policy, as outlined in revised Confidential Attachment 1 (September 23, 2021) to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Authorized the public release of the confidential information contained in revised Confidential Attachment 1 (September 23, 2021) and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live once adopted by the Board and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, and directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential.
Revised Confidential Attachment 1 (September 23, 2021) and Confidential Attachment 2 are now public and can be accessed under Background Information.

Motions
That the Board adopt, as amended, the following recommendations of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee:
"The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve TO Live's Vaccination Policy, as outlined in revised Confidential Attachment 1 (September 23, 2021) to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2.
