The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, which permits the closing of a meeting for the education or training of the Directors.
Summary
Kike Ojo-Thompson, Principal Consultant, Kojo Institute will provide a training session on Equity Informed Governance. The proposed professional development on Equity-Informed Governance will support the TO Live Board of Directors to realize a deeper understanding of social inequities, including how they are produced and maintained, as well as what is required for their disruption.
The Board of Directors of TO Live will meet in closed session on this item in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006 which permits the closing of a meeting for the education or training of the Directors.
