Board Decision

The Board of Directors of TO Live:  

 

1.  Approved the programming risk budget for the 2021 programming year, as outlined in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 18, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

 

2.  Agreed to continue the strategic planning process with a facilitator as soon as possible.

 

3.  Authorized the public release of the program names and project descriptions in Confidential Attachment 1 and the Confidential Presentation, following the public announcement of the 2021 programme, and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, and direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 18, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential as they contain financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider this item, and heard a confidential presentation from the Vice President, Programming, TO Live, as it pertains to financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

That the following recommendations in the letter [CT22.6a] from the Programming Risk Committee be adopted, after amending Recommendation 3 as follows:

 

That the Board of Directors of TO Live:
