1. Authorized and directed Management to submit a grant application to the Canada Arts Presentation Fund together with all necessary supporting documentation, that will assist with the presentation of programming for TO Live's 2022 season at the Meridian Arts Centre, provided that it meets the eligibility criteria of the grant application.
