The Board of Directors of TO Live received the item for information.
Summary
In accordance with Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.
City Council on November 25 and 26, 2020 approved the 2021 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for TO Live has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid meetings on days of cultural or religious significance.
The following meetings of the Board of Directors of TO Live have been scheduled for the remainder of 2021:
Tuesday, February 9 at 12:30 p.m.
Friday, March 12 at 12:30 p.m.
Monday, May 3 at 12:30 p.m.
Friday, June 18 at 12:30 p.m.
Friday, September 24 at 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, November 16 at 12:30 p.m.
