Summary

The Manager, Confronting Anti-Black Racism Unit, Social Development, Finance and Administration, will provide an overview of the public and community safety initiatives that involve the Unit. A particular focus will be on the Toronto Police Service Board's Anti-Racism Advisory Panel, which is co-chaired by the Unit. The Anti-Racism Advisory Panel of the Toronto Police Services Board is mandated to advise and support the Board in relation to policing and racism, anti-Black racism, and anti-Indigenous racism.
