City Council Decision
City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, in consultation with the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building, to enter into an agreement in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor to defer the payment of development charges for 425 Cherry Street based on the general terms and conditions in Attachment 1 to the report (March 29, 2021) from the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, including any amendments to previously executed agreements, as necessary, relating to the payment of development charges.
2. City Council direct the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer to review this matter as part of the Development Charges By-law review process currently underway.
