City Council Decision
City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint the following individuals to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending November 14, 2022, and until successors are appointed:
Luke Anderson
Ashleigh Molloy
Lana Williams
2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Chief People Officer remain confidential, as it relates to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Chief People Officer remains confidential in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.

Lana Williams
An international designer that has worked closely and learned from leading accessibility consultants to create large events and spaces with universal design at the forefront of the design principles. Utilizing these skills and knowledge Lana hopes to champion accessibility and work closely with the city and community groups for her home city.

Summary
The Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee is composed of 12 members of the public and one Member of Toronto City Council. There are currently three public member vacancies due to the resignation of three Committee members. The Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee is a legislated requirement under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
The purpose of this report is to have City Council appoint three members of the public to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee (TAAC).
