For the provision of services for the removal, haulage, and Beneficial Use of Biosolids from the Ashbridges Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant (ABTP), including haulage and alternative landfill disposal, as a contingency measure, if and when required and approved by the City for Toronto Water for a period of three (3) years in duration, with an option in favour of the City, in its sole discretion, to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
