Description:

For the non-exclusive supply, delivery, application, warranty of electrical repairs and services for maintenance, preventative maintenance, and emergencies at Child Care Centre locations in the City of Toronto for a period of three (3) years from date of award, with options in favour of the City to extend the agreement for up to two (2) separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Children's Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations for the Option Year Periods reflects an estimated annual 3% increase as per the Consumer Price Index.
