Description:

For the provision of Toronto Road Emergency Services Communications Unit Traffic Operations Centre  operation services for a three (3) year term, with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. 

Should the optional years be exercised, the Transportation Services General Manager will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
