The Graphix Source Canada Ltd, being the lowest bidder for Part B will be awarded a contract for $287,776 net of all applicable taxes and charges, all in accordance with the Purchasing ByLaw 195-8, Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 Article 8.1 – Authority to award – Chief Procurement Officer.

The engineering estimate for this project is $917,471.34 net of all taxes and charges.
