For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of all labour, materials/parts, tools, equipment, travel time, mileage, fuel and incidentals necessary to perform Transmission System repairs to various manual and automatic transmissions for the City of Toronto’s Fleet Services Division on an as and when required basis, for a period of one (1) year from February 13, 2021 to February 12, 2022, with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.

The above cost calculations include a twenty-five (25 percent) percent contingency cost for unforeseen factors and 3 percent CPI adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial one (1) year period and not reflected in the evaluated bid price noted in Table 2.
