The proposed Northwest Cultural Trail focuses on promoting Indigenous and Black heritage landscapes and cultural attractions, improving access to Neighbourhood Improvement Areas and encouraging active transportation. City Planning is seeking ideas from the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee to add public art and programming along the trail.
