The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo approved the following meeting dates for the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo and its Committees for 2020:

1. Board of Management:

a. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at the Toronto Zoo;

b. Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Toronto Zoo;

c. Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Toronto Zoo;

d. Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall;

e. Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 2:00 pm. at the Toronto Zoo; and

f. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall.

2. Policy and Finance Committee:

a. Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Toronto Zoo; 

b. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Toronto Zoo; and

c. Further meetings will be scheduled at the call of the Chair.

3. Animal Acquisition Committee:

a. Meetings of the Animal Acquisition Committee for 2020 will be held at the call of the Chair.

4. Strategic Planning Committee:

a. Meetings of the Strategic Planning Committee for 2020 will be held at the call of the Chair.  The Committee will terminate upon the completion and approval of the 2020-2025 Toronto Zoo Strategic Plan and a Master Plan Committee will be stricken.  

5. Information Technology Committee:

a. Friday, January 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Toronto Zoo;

b. Friday, June 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Toronto Zoo; and

c. Further meetings will be scheduled at the call of the Chair.

6. Governance Task Force:

a. Meetings of the Governance Task Force for 2020 will be held at the call of the Chair.

7. Human Resources Committee:

a. Meetings of the Human Resources Committee for 2020 will be held at the call of the Chair.

The purpose of this report is to propose meeting schedules for the Toronto Zoo Board of Management and its Committees for 2020.
