Board Decision

The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:

1. Adopted the 2021 calendar of meeting dates for the Board and its Committees, as set out in the revised report (December 1, 2020) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo.

2. Dissolved the Strategic Planning Committee and established a Master Planning Committee, with committee members to be appointed on a volunteer basis and meetings to be scheduled at the call of the Chief Executive Officer.
