Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Rescinded the existing accessible loading zone in effect from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, on the north side of Kings Park Boulevard, between a point 19 metres west of Donlands Avenue and a point 13 metres further west.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws.

 

Transportation Services is recommending removal a designated on-street accessible loading zone located on the north side of Kings Park Avenue, between Dewhurst Boulevard North and Donlands Avenue.  Staff have been advised by the resident who originally requested the space that the accessible loading zone is no longer required.
