Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Based on a recent study Transportation Services staff determined that an all-way stop control at the intersection of St John's Road and Brookside Avenue is warranted. This installation will enhance safety for all road users, and especially for pedestrians and cyclists, at this intersection. With the installation of the all-way stop sign control the pedestrian crossover on the east leg of this intersection will be removed.
