Summary

St. Raymond Catholic School has been under construction, with occupancy projected only in January 2022. Currently, there are various parking restrictions on Barton Avenue in front of the school, preventing residents and visitors from using this area to park, though the school is currently unoccupied. On behalf of residents living on the northern edge of Christie Pits, as well as visitors to the area, I request that Transportation Services review the parking restrictions and rescind them until the school becomes operational, so that there are more parking options for residents and visitors throughout the day.
