The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1.  Directed that staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands at 1071 King Street West, which includes the provision of light refreshments and, when required, childcare and accessibility resources including sign language interpretation at the sole cost of the applicant, together with the Ward Councillor.

2.  Directed that notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

A revised application has been made for the lands at 1071 King Street West that proposes a 15-storey mixed-use building with 230 residential apartments, ground floor commercial space, and two levels of underground parking.
