Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Directed that City Solicitor prepare a by-law to alter the roadway to install two speed humps on College View Avenue, between Avenue Road and Oriole Parkway, generally as shown on 'Drawing 421G-3215 (December 2018) attached to the report entitled 'Speed Hump Poll Results - College View Avenue' from the Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Summary
I am writing to request the reopening of item 2019.TE11.55, in order to add a second recommendation.
Due to a clerical error, the recommendation requesting the City Solicitor to prepare the by-law to alter the roadway in order to install the speed humps was omitted from the decision passed on December 3, 2019. In order to add that required recommendation, I am asking the Council to re-open the item and vote in favour of adding the recommendation underneath.
