Summary

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

Transportation Services is requesting approval from Toronto and East York Community Council to extend the overnight on-street permit parking hours on Felstead Avenue, between Monarch Park Avenue and Parkmount Road, from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week to the new hours of 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

By extending the overnight on-street permit parking hours residents will have improved parking flexibility and the Parking Enforcement Unit, Toronto Police Service, can effectively control long term parking by non-residents through tagging and towing operations.
