1. Deferred consideration of the appeal of the Order to Comply, dated August 11, 2020, for 9 Kingswood Road, Folder No. 20 179245 PRS 00 IV, to its meeting on January 18, 2021 in order for the property survey and photos of the retaining wall, to be submitted, at least one week in advance of the January 18, 2021 meeting.

2. Directed the Property Standards Officer to schedule a time with the property owner to arrange for the submission of the property survey.
