1. Confirmed the Order to Comply, dated October 28, 2019, regarding the property located at 42 Futura Drive, Folder No. 19 241821 PRS 00 IV, and in doing so granted an extension of time to June 30, 2020.

 

2.  Requested the appellant to work with the staff of the Municipal Licensing and Standards Division, Etobicoke York District, and supply quotes on the work to be done in the above mentioned Order to Comply, dated October 29, 2019, as soon as possible, and to the satisfaction of the staff of the Municipal Licensing and Standards Division, Etobicoke York District.
