Community Council Decision
Scarborough Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on north side of Town Centre Court, between McCowan Road and a point 29 metres west of Borough Drive (north intersection).
2. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of Town Centre Court, between McCowan Road and Borough Drive (north intersection).
3. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Town Centre Court, between Borough Drive (north intersection) and a point 9 metres west.
4. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Town Centre Court, between a point 23 metres west of Borough Drive (north intersection) and a point 6 metres further west.
5. Designated an accessible loading zone to operate at all times on the north side of Town Centre Court, between a point 9 metres west of Borough Drive (north intersection) and a point 14 metres further west.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is recommending that an on-street accessible loading zone be designated on Town Centre Court in front of the Toronto Scarborough Town Centre Court YMCA. The establishment of this accessible loading zone will provide unimpeded curbside access for clients with accessibility needs to embark and disembark from TTC Wheel-Trans vehicles and other accessible service vehicles.
