In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominee to the Sheppard East Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) board of management at the pleasure of Scarborough Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

2. Removed the following director from the Sheppard East Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) board of management:
