Community Council Decision
Scarborough Community Council:
1. Prohibited stopping from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive on the east side of Kitson Drive, from a point 75 metres north of Garrick Road to the west limit of the cul-de-sac at the south end of Kitson Drive.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
This report recommends that stopping be prohibited during school hours on the east side of Kitson Drive in the vicinity of the walkway access to John A. Leslie Public School. The proposed stopping prohibition will reduce conflicts between all traffic movements and improve sight-lines.

Motions
That Scarborough Community Council:
1. Amend Recommendation 1 in the report (December 3, 2019) from the Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services as follows:
"1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit stopping from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, from September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year, inclusive on the east side of Kitson Drive, from a point 75 metres north of Garrick Road to the west limit of the cul-de-sac at the south end of Kitson Drive."
