Committee Decision
The Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorize the bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 822 at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
