Councillor Carroll, rising on a Point of Order, stated that she would like to know if the Speaker's proposal to combine Items HL16.2 and CC21.1 would mean that Members would have only one opportunity to ask questions on both the virus update and the recovery update.
Councillor Carroll, rising on a Point of Order, stated that she wished to know how the procedures would allow her to vote against the proposal to join the two items.
Councillor Perks, rising on a Point of Order, stated that he wished to know if the motion to join the two items together does not pass, would Councillor Cressy still be holding Item CC21.1 in his name.
