We will now review and confirm the Order Paper. Once the Order Paper has been approved by Council, any change will need a two‑thirds vote.
Members, as this is a special meeting with a short agenda, the City Clerk did not solicit holds in advance. I will now go through the items on the Order Paper to take Member holds. If you would like to place your name on the Speakers list to hold an item, please text your surname to the Clerk at the number provided. When I recognize you, unmute your mic and state the item you wish to hold.
