Summary

Pursuant to section 3(b) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the members of the Board of Directors for CreateTO are currently the head for the purposes of this Act.

Under section 49 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act the members of the Board of Directors may delegate the power and duties of the head to an officer of the institution.
