The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Associate General Counsel, CreateTO.
2. Directed that the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Associate General Counsel, CreateTO be made public after implementation, at the discretion of the Associate General Counsel and direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable person and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
