Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff issued in closed session.
2. Directed that the confidential instructions to staff and the confidential information contained in Schedule 2 of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Interim Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO be released after all affected employees have been informed of the Board's decision, and at the discretion of the Interim Chief Executive Officer, and that the remainder of Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential, as it contains personal information about an identifiable person or persons.
