Summary
The Senior Manager, Heritage Planning, Urban Design, City Planning will provide an overview of recently released regulations related to changes to the Ontario Heritage Act (Bill 108). Changes to the Act and associated regulations will come into force on January 1, 2021. Comments on the draft regulations must be provided to the Province by November 5, 2020.
