Community Council Decision
North York Community Council:
1. Designated part or those parts of the private road or roads shown on the site plans filed with the Fire Chief in respect of the municipal addresses set out below, as a fire route pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 880 - Fire Routes:
a. 200 Eglinton Avenue West
b. 1780 and 1770 Eglinton Avenue East
c. 130 Le Page Court
d. 67 and 69 Lesmill Road
e. 38 Monte Kwinter Court
f. 110 Parkway Forest Drive
g. 9 Tippett Road
h. 500 Sheppard Avenue East.
2. Authorized the Fire Chief and City Solicitor to take the appropriate action to make a designated Fire Route.
