North York Community Council:

1. Re-opened Item NY16.6, titled "Request for Fence Exemption - Rear Yard - 47 Codsell Avenue", adopted by North York Community Council on July 15, 2020.

2. Directed that the Item be considered at its next meeting on October 7, 2020, and that Notice be issued in accordance with Municipal Code Chapter 447, Fences.

At its meeting on July 15, 2020, the North York Community Council adopted Recommendation 1 as part of Item NY16.6, titled "Request for Fence Exemption - Rear Yard - 47 Codsell Avenue".  In so doing, Community Council refused an application submitted by the property owner at 47 Codsell Avenue, for an exemption from Toronto Municipal Code, from Chapter 447 1.2 B (1). The decision was based on an incomplete application where the subject fence was not yet proposed nor built.

After consulting with the applicant and MLS staff, it was agreed that the matter should be revisited once a correct and complete application was re-submitted. This motion then requests the aforementioned agenda item to be reopened, notice be given, and reconsidered at the next North York Community Council meeting scheduled for October 7, 2020.
