North York Community Council:

 

1. Approved the amendment of Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate north side of Old Orchard Grove, between Avenue Road and a point 208 metres east of Avenue Road, on a street name basis, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is requesting approval from North York Community Council to introduce overnight on-street permit parking on Old Orchard Grove, between Avenue Road and a point 208 metres east of Avenue Road, on a street name basis, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

 

Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Old Orchard Grove to accommodate their long term parking needs without being subject to tagging by Parking Enforcement Officers.
