That City Council delete the North York Community Council Recommendation and adopt instead the following:
1. City Council grant the request for a permit to remove one privately-owned tree located at 231 Castlefield Avenue, with a condition that the applicant provide five (5) replacement trees, which may be achieved through a combination of on-site planting and cash-in-lieu of planting.
