City Council Decision
City Council on November 25 and 26, 2020, adopted the following:
1. City Council increase the Approved 2020 Operating Budget for Non-Program on a one-time basis by $50,000.00 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 (Planning Act Reserve Funds) community benefits from 150 Sudbury Street (Source Account: XR3026-3700458) for transfer to the Little Portugal On Dundas Business Improvement Area for the purpose of installing a Barcelos (Portuguese) Rooster near the Lakeview Avenue Parkette at Lakeview Avenue and Dundas Street West (Cost Centre: NP2161).
2. City Council direct that the $50,000.00 be forwarded to the Little Portugal On Dundas Business Improvement Area, subject to the Little Portugal On Dundas Business Improvement Area signing an Undertaking governing the use of the funds and the financial reporting requirements.
