City Council Decision
City Council on October 27, 28 and 30, 2020, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the City Manager to report through the Economic and Community Development Committee to the December 16 and 17, 2020 City Council meeting on the process that was used to establish the shelter at 30 Norfinch Drive.

That Councillor Anthony Perruzza be permitted to add to the agenda of today's meeting an urgent Motion without Notice concerning:
Process to Select and Open Temporary Sites for Physical Distancing in Shelters
Reason for Urgency:
This Motion is urgent as it relates to understanding processes used under COVID-19 emergency operations at the City of Toronto.
That City Council amend the recommendation by adding the words "through the Economic and Community Development Committee" after the words "report to" and deleting the date "November 25, 2020" and inserting the date "December 16, 2020" so that it now reads:
1. City Council direct the City Manager to report through the Economic and Community Development Committee to the December 16, 2020 City Council meeting on the process that was used to establish the shelter at 30 Norfinch Drive.
