by
Councillor Michael Thompson
Councillor Thompson, on a Point of Order, stated that he voted incorrectly and would like to request a re-vote on whether to waive referral on item MM25.15.
Ruling by Speaker Frances Nunziata
Speaker Nunziata accepted the Point of Order and ruled a revote on Item MM25.15, to permit Councillor Thompson to change his vote would change the outcome and was therefore not permitted under Parliamentary procedures.
