City Council Decision
City Council on October 27, 28 and 30, 2020, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint Councillor Cynthia Lai to the Toronto Transit Commission Board for a term of office ending November 14, 2022 and until a successor is appointed.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM25.12 be referred to the Striking Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
