1. City Council direct the City Manager to require City staff, where possible, to use Ward names only on all public facing documentation and identifiers.

Reason for Urgency:

This Motion is urgent as we are halfway through the term and are still using a system of ward numbers despite this not being the most accessible system for constituents or the preferred system for staff.
