Summary

City of Toronto outdoor spaces, including walkways, are being used at unprecedented levels as people spend more time outside due to COVID-19.  Unkempt walkways between homes and connecting neighbourhood streets to parks and schools are lead to numerous complaints from neighbours requesting better maintenance of these spaces in summer and prompt plowing in winter.  Further clarity is needed around the maintenance of these pathways.
