The Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee recommends that:

 

1.  The Board of Health approve the Confidential Recommendation from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee.

 

2.  The Board of Health direct that the Confidential Recommendation and Confidential Attachment 1 from the Medical Officer of Health remain confidential, as they relate to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including a municipal or local board employee.
