1.  In accordance with Section 71-11.1C of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 71 (Financial Control By-law), granted authority to amend Purchase Order Number 6040342 with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP to continue to provide construction law support and litigation services and other related consulting expertise for the remaining duration of the Union Station Revitalization Project by an additional amount of up to $0.4 million net of all taxes, revising the current Purchase Order value from $11.9 million net of all taxes, up to a maximum value of $12.3 million net of all taxes.

Summary

This report requests authority to amend Purchase Order Number 6040342 with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, LLP to continue construction law support and litigation services for the Union Station Revitalization Project (the "Project") by increasing the contract value by up to $0.4 million net of all taxes, revising the current contract authority from $11.9 million net of all taxes, up to a maximum value of $12.3 million net of all taxes.

 

This amendment request is within the overall approved budget of $824.0 million for the Project.
