Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized the Director, Transportation Services to request the City Clerk to poll eligible householders in English and Portuguese and any other language specified by Community Council, on Kane Avenue, between Eglinton Avenue West (north intersection) and Rogers Road (south intersection), to determine whether property owners/occupants support the installation of traffic calming, in accordance with the City of Toronto Traffic Calming Policy.
2. Subject to favourable results of the poll:
a. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Kane Avenue, between Eglinton Avenue West (north intersection) and Rogers Road (south intersection).
b. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway on Kane Avenue for traffic calming enhancement, generally as shown on Drawing EY18-066A and EY18-066B, dated June 2018 and circulated to residents during the polling process.

Motions
That Etobicoke York Community Council:
1.
