Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing 2-hour maximum parking regulation in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, except public holidays, on the west side of South Station Street, between Lawrence Avenue West and John Street.
2. Prohibited parking at all times on the west side of South Station Street, between Lawrence Avenue West and a point 87 metres north.
3. Authorized parking for a maximum 2 hour period from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, except public holidays, on the west side of South Station Street, between a point 87 metres north of Lawrence Avenue West and a point 68.2 metres further north.
4. Prohibited stopping at all times on the west side of South Station Street, between a point 155.2 metres north of Lawrence Avenue West and a point 14 metres further north.
5. Authorized parking for a maximum period of 2 hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, except public holidays on the west side of South Station Street, between a point 169.2 metres north of Lawrence Avenue West to John Street.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
The purpose of this report is to recommend a stopping prohibition on the west side of South Station Street, between a point 30.7 metres south of John Street and a point 14 metres further south, to allow access for garbage bin collection at 21 John Street. This report also includes recommendations to amend parking regulations so that the regulations match the existing signage in the field.
